1 star is being generous. I wouldn't recommend this apt complex to anyone. This place has been gradually going down hill. Property gets stolen feet from the front door of your apartment and management shows little concern about it. There is no security. They said to pay an extra 125 for a storage unit if you want your property to be more secure. They allow large racist and hateful flags/imagery to be on vehicles. Safety of residents doesn't seem like a priority. If you care about your property and safety, I wouldn't recommend renting here.

Me and my wife lived in our apartment for 3 years. Overall its a nice relatively quiet apartment complex. The maintenance team is great, whenever we had an issue with an appliance they were very quick to sort it out. Office staff were ok generally over the years some times they could be a little bit more helpful but overall were adequate. We moved out in May and were nervous after reading some reviews of getting massively over charged and not recieving any deposit back. However I'm glad to report they were very fair with their charges and we got our deposit back pretty quickly afterm moving out. Maybe policy has changed or previous negative reviews had not looked after they're place at all? They were quick to respond when we had issues with other tenants smoking on their balconies filling our apartment with smoke. I would highly reccomend this place and we were very happy there.

Worst experience. I have rented at several apartments and this is by for the worst. The only people that give this place 5 starts are people that haven’t moved out yet. Management is horrible and they charge an arm and a leg when you move out. We were charged a total of 2200 when we moved out. We are very clean people and took very good care of the apartment. They replace the carpet for everyone that moves and find reasons to replace it. They will completely repaint your whole apartment because if they paint one wall they have to paint them all because it “looks funny to have one wall painted and not the rest” they charge carpet inspection which is illegal. And on top of that the parking is horrible. This place is outrageous. Do not rent from them. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would.

I moved in a couple weeks ago. Love it so far! Its such a cute apartment with a pretty good amount of storage! Everything works good, and I like the staff. Its been really great to have the dog park available to us. I have no problems here so far and highly recommend it if you are looking to move somewhere.
