We hired Mokan Asphalt & Construction in November 2017 for a new detached garage floor and footings. My husband had to call multiple times just to get them to come out and make progress on the ground work, but the real problems are with the quality of work we received. While pouring the concrete, the owner David demanded more money to finish the project which left us no choice but to pay more or be left with a half poured garage floor. His foundation form work was sloppy and had multiple collases/bulges and he never even returned to take off the forms! We had to do so ourselves. We also had to rent a dump trailer to be able to haul off and dispose of all of the construction material debris he never bothered to come back to clean up. There were leaves in the top of the pad and it was poured unevenly which resulted in us now having water coming in on one side under the garage door. Today we went to the garage to see that the floor now has some pretty good sized cracks in it. The floor is less than a year old!! I would NOT reccomend this company.
