I have lived at Pepperwood for the last 3 years and adore the community! Centrally located with easy access to the highways. The staff at the office and maintenance personnel are always friendly and helpful. They put in a dog park in the back of the complex about a year ago and that has been a wonderful added amenity. Overall, the apartment is spacious and I have not had any issues with neighbors. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live!

What a place to live. Where do I even start? The welcoming and friendly staff from the front desk to the maintenance team, the coziness of the units. What doesn’t this place have? Basketball, dog park, and many other amenities have made life in quarantine much easier. Washer or dryer not working? Don’t even worry maintenance on sight will make sure that you are taken care of! Affordable and great location just near shops entertainment food and the highway. Definitely recommend for those lookin g to live a happy comfortable lifestyle for up to 12 months at a time.
I’ve lived here for 2 years, never had a complaint. The office staff is amazing and they treat you like family! Best apartment complex I’ve EVER lived!!!
I moved in early September and I have had nothing but an amazing experience so far! Before moving in I received new carpet in the entire place which I thought was a nice touch and a new ice machine! The apartments are quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Very clean! Anytime I have had an issue as far as something breaking it is taken care of the next day! Adrianna down at the office is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help me and my son.
Just moved in a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier! One thing I love about these apartments is the openness of the living room, dining room, and how the kitchen over looks both of these rooms. The fire place adds a nice warm home feeling. Also I may be luckier then some of the other residents because my view out my windows and off my deck are one of my favorite parts! Especially when the sun is setting and the train goes by in the trees! It’s like a perfect painted picture!
