Everything was great when ordering a head through the app except that that they forgot all the sauces. That was very inconvenient and really a big part of the food when you order the chicken tenders or shrimp. They did not add and butter or the fake honey for the biscuits. No condiments what so ever. Their chicken sandwich in my opinion is way better then Chick-fil-A's and is a must buy if you have not tried it. The limited time wicked shrimp is amazing as well. Just be sure to check they gave you all the condiments and sauces you ordered as they like to charge you for any extra.

We ordered the 10pc family meal. Half spicy and half original. It came with 2 sides, we got mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and five biscuits. We also got a side of green beans. I enjoyed it all, except the chicken was a little dry. My wife thought the chicken was dry and the gravy was horrible.
Placed order on Popeyes website. Chose free delivery as their main page had a huge graphic offering \free delivery on them for orders over 10.00\. Entered credit card info, tip, redirected to page that order was being prepared and the delivery time was 38 minutes. Twenty minutes later delivery time was 25 minutes. Ten minutes later received a call from Door Dash driver that Popeyes said they didn't have our order as they don't use Door Dash anymore. It was Popeyes own website that linked it to Door Dash.
When we pulled up the person asked us to wait for a moment. Literally waited for 7-10 minutes with no one in front of us in the drive through. Then a girl and a boy came out next to our car to smoke weed while we waited. It’s literally mind blowing that this happens.
I ordered the popcorn shrimp and chicken tender meal. I was extremely disappointed at the amount and size of the “shrimp.” They were basically fried balls of seasoned cornmeal.
