I have had a unit with Public Storage on 31st St & Noland Rd since the end of 2018. The property manager Gina was always prompt and courteous with whatever I needed. The rate started out okay, but then the corporate office wanted to raise the rent too much for me.

Stored my belongings for over a year or so. Never had any issues with anything what so ever. Property was always clean and the property manager (Gina) was always in good spirits when I needed her to my storage needs etc. Would definitely come back and rent at this location as well as recommend it to family & friends.
I will definitely choose public storage all the time for now on, very great customer service from the help from the property manager Gina, she was very supported and respectful and made me feel really good about choosing public storage. Gina really makes Public Storage look awesome! Thank you Gina!!
