Regency Manor II Connie is one of the best, very pleasant and takes care of our needs immediately. She has a great attitude. Misty keeps the interior of our building very clean and free of odors. She is very conscious. Mike keeps the grounds immaculately clean. Work orders handled immediately. The grass area has a manicured look. The parking lot is clean for our cars. . . .

I have lived at Regency Manor for over 2 years. I am very happy here too. The manager Connie is easy to work with, the apartment is well maintained, and most of the tenants are pleasant. One thing I see as a problem here, is some of the ones who complain have been the very ones who have youngsters running around in supervised. Ones that have damaged property. I have managed property before and know hard it is to deal with the trouble makers.

If i could rate this ZERO STARS, I would. If you are looking for a home for your elderly loved ones to live in, DO NOT choose this place. My grandma lived there for years and got bullied by not only by other residents, but even management from the day she moved in until past the day she has now moved out. We thought having elevators and easily accessible showers would be great for her considering her health is bad, and we thought we had found a home for her to live in for the rest of her life, sadly that was not the case.

I was given the 3rd degree about everthing, I'm a 70 y/o Vietnam era veteran, that has lived on my own since I was 19. I had a Top Secret Security Clearance while on active duty and and was employed by the DoD, the VA, and the Naval Housing Office Office. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Sociology/Social Work. I undestand she was screening me out before I was in! What was thinking Independence is still Independence!

The staff was extremely accommodating and eager to please. The property manager, Shalleena, has made my family's stay there more than comfortable.
