Don't be fooled!! At first like these apartments are really nice. But since we’ve been here for the last year we’ve had management change over three times. Each time we are hit with new rules and regulations being put into place hindering us from staying safe in our apartment. if you do decide to move into these apartments and onto the bottom floor be prepared to have zero privacy. You were not allowed to put up venetian blinds or any sort of window covering inside your apartment… They would like you to rely on the blinds that they give you. This is absolutely the bottom of the barrel when it comes to new high end apartments.

Literally one of the nicest apartment complexes I've ever been in. They have a pool that's open in the summer, a hot tub that's open year-round, fitness center, clubhouse, very spacious apartments with different options for different budgets. There's a laundromat plus in-apartment machines that you can rent. You need to pay electricity and water but it's included in your rent and from what I hear pet rent is free. Also it's located right next to a Riverside Park great for endurance training dog walking oh, and it has a boat ramp. My apartment has a covered Deck with partial sunlight and a lot of my neighbors grow plants on their decks. Only bad thing is the ceiling is not super insulated and it's a three-story building which means two out of three times you're going to have to deal with footsteps above you.
This place is not as pleseant as it sounds. Very disappointed in James as he has shown countless times unprofessional adherence to situations that would rise up. As a professional myself, there should not be favoritism or respect of persons, but pure professionalism. I give this a 1 star due to the experience I had with friends and families, who have moved out from this place in the past year. James is in need of more education regarding management.
Overall good experience. However toward the end of my almost 5 year tenancy had extreme difficulties with acquiring a lease that had been previously discussed. Dismissive attitude and told the management was “new”. Ended up terminating my residency. I was also extremely disappointed with the move out assessment which they attempted to charge me 1960.00 to replace carpet that was 7 years old. They graciously reviewed my dispute and readjusted the amount to 377.00. My suggestion is make sure you carefully document the condition of the apartment and know when the carpet has been replaced to avoid overinflated move out costs. Get everything in writing :) Appreciate the new manager for taking time to correct this concern.
Lovely apartments by the Willamette river. Great management, and kind staff.
