Kevin is a super nice guy. Came out and got me all hooked back up. I’ve used them for camera system at two homes and everything has worked well.

I googled security companies and found 3 to call plus I contacted my current big name company looking to upgrade to over the air system vs land line plus get a newer colorful screen. Both other companies acted like car salesman. Pushy! Telling me deal was only for today 50, other company replied “ I’m not understanding ? Why do you need to call around ? I’m giving you a deal here”, that deal again was 50 plus very pushy salesman. Then I called Scharig Alarm Kevin. He was pleasant , not trying to sale me and explained his system in detail and gave me options and price and came across honest. Later I googled his company reviews and was impressed then he came out and did a great job and it’s less than you know who and we are happy. I have a phone app and very nice screen and a louder alarm sound and happy I called.

Overall since we have had the system installed, we have been very pleased. Kevin is really detailed in his work, and makes sure that you understand all documents, and the services that are being provided. He also makes sure you know how the system works, and operates before leaving your home. Also the cost won't break you for home security. I think my husband and I are satisfied with all the features.
