I love that the food is GREAT and the manager is so helpful and hands on. Whether you go at closing of middle of the day. Rush or dead they treat you great and the food is well priced and large portions. Why not get more bang for your buck at the mall. Even Subway is a rip off at the mall but not Villa. Thanks for a happy full belly!

If I could give this place a "0" for poor management I would! You don't reprimand one of your employees when you have customers. You also don't talk to that same employee saying they can't have a few minutes to spare when they have a family issue going on. I am and have been a manager for a long time now. I would NEVER do what this manager did. I have no problem confronting people like him but I unfortunately had my two children with me! On another note, I had great customer service from the three employees that were working! I give them 5 stars! Thank you!
Great Place...Manager and Staff are awesome. Makes you feel special.. They were busy and the manager still made time to greet me and ask me how my days was going. Service was amazing..Great food..Great Prices...I had the Greek Stomboli it was amazing.
Just picked up a hot pizza! My family loves it. The pizza dough they make from scratch daily and you can tell! Definitely recommend it, the staff and manager was friendly!
I wish I could have rated it 0 stars. Got ignored for approx 5 minutes. Finally got our food and it was cold. Went to pay and the kid had the personality of a rock. He gave me our 3 drinks with zero ice. I asked for ice for our 3 drinks and handed me a small cup with 5 ice cubes in it. I then said "can you please fill that cup up?" He rolled his eyes at me. I don't do well with that as I have preteens that do the same so I called him out on it. I have to say that whole experience was horrible and I won't be back. Also went to fill out survey online and it was a site covered in click bait. So I then called the phone number on the receipt and it said that they weren't taking surveys any longer. Guess they got a lot of complaints.
I could give a long review, but the TL;DR is that the customer service is friendly & outbeat with great attitude especially on the line. Pizza as well as everything is made from scratch so the food is delicious. And lastly, the employees are chill & have a special impression they leave on you, so that you know & remember how well you felt for visiting the store.
Had to ask them to wash their hands after they touched their phone or touched their arms. My food was cold. The only reason i would consider a second star is one guy had good customer service. They were out of product. It was a total disappointment. Do not suggest this place.
Brit guy so stingy with ice. I got a medium soft drink and it had 3 ice cubes. I asked for a small cup of ice and he handed me a small cup with 3 little ice cubes, then when I asked for more he proceeded to tell me, "I'm not a fan giving a lot of ice." I don't need someone telling me what I like. I just want some fkn ice.
