We have lived at The Villages of Independence for about a year, and we love it, especially the Village Master, Jennifer Zaffiro. She has been extremely helpful whenever we had any questions, or needed help. She responded by either email, text, or direct phone extremely fast. It gave us the confidence that management of The Villages of Independence cares about it renters. The maintenance staff is prompt to respond when needed and went overboard to fix any issues we had. We highly recommend \The Village\ to anyone who is in need of housing. When you visit the Villages of Independence for the first time, you will be greeted by a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring Manager. It is certainly a place that you will enjoy and be happy to call home.

We lived here under a short term lease and couldn't have left any happier! The entire process (moving in/out) was smooth and communication was super quick and friendly whenever we needed to discuss something. I'd highly recommend!

This is a great community to live in! It’s the closest you can get to your own home while renting. The neighborhood is super quite but also friendly when you get out and about. They do an incredible job keeping up with landscaping and any maintenance issues. I’d highly recommend living here to anyone!!!

Will never rent from here. Your rent gets raised all the time and when you move out you wont get all your deposit back. Move in with used carpet and when you move out they keep deposit for new carpet.
