I have strayed away from ordering from this company, over the last few years, the products are good but not the best quality around and customers used to receive extra incentives. Dont be fooled by the free shipping over 25.00, its actually incorporated into the cost of the products. The little 25% off sales are decent but when it comes to shipping, beware their 5-7 working days really mean 14 working days, its frustrating to say the least. All and all I hope the company continues to succeed, just wanted to make you aware of my views.

Wholesale Supplies Plus is definitely one of my top suppliers and a personal favorite! They have an amazing website that's easy to navigate, with so many resources and hard to find items, plus weekly sales! The only time I had to contact customer service was when an item was damaged during transit. They responded immediately and replaced the item. Definitely above average customer support!!

There is literally no other place where I can find the majority of my supplies for my business. Their selection is amazing and I am grateful for their prices and frequent sales that help tremendously with my small business. Since the pandemic there has been a noticeable change in WSP processing times. My online sales have dramatically increased since the pandemic so I'm sure it is the same for many other businesses and so WSP must be experiencing the same pressure. I will just say my last order caused me much frustration due to the excessive processing delay and error with my order. However, I have learned from this and will place orders well in advance to avoid any issues.

Ordered on January 7th 2021 paid for jump shipping... it is now January 19th 2021 and my order is still in their warehouse. Every time I call they tell me it’s going to be shipped out today & nothing ever happens. Lost a loyal customer
