We brought them a bat that we caught in our house and they were very polite and professional.

Very responsive staff, welcoming when we visited and was excited to share their love of animals with us. The facility has a ton of rescued animals for adoption and they look like they receive excellent care. Our newest member of the family, a beard dragon named Blackbeard came home with us from them, and we appreciate the care he was shown while in their care. And the prompt answers to our new lizard owner questions. Will definitely keep in mind for when the wife decides she needs another critter to add to the home.

I first went to Wildthunder after finding an injured bat in my yard and it was the nearest place that would take bats. Im glad I did. Tracy is an actual angel sent from heaven I swear. She puts her whole heart and soul into what she does and I’m glad I found her. I was blown away coming to her location and it wasn’t what I expected. The facility, while small, accommodates for a large variety of animals and every square inch is used and full of animals. Its very evident that she knows what she’s doing and has expert level knowledge on this stuff. She sacrifices a lot of her personal needs for Wildthunder, with many of the funds coming out of her own pocket. I wish she could have more funds so she could have more space but its amazing how she still helps a countless amount of animals. I can not say enough good things about this place and whenever I have a wildlife crisis, I go to her.
