Used them for 2 years. year 1, great, this year (2020) they fell off the rails. Machine they drove on the lawn tore spots up. Couple times I caught them driving it like they were at Indy. 4 applications they added too much fertilizer and burned out the lawn in several places. I called and they had no idea the techs were using the motorized machine so they switched our service to pushing the hand spreader. Next time they came out, used the motorized. The tech told me he didn't read the order. Then they come out again when I wasn't scheduled, using the motorized machine. They had just been here. Did my lawn, and did my next door neighbors lawn, and they don't even have the service. More lawn burn, so I cancelled the service. Later I found out they also did the neighbors house a couple houses down the street, who doesn't have their service. Our street numbers are one digit off, so they went to the wrong house. We spent a lot of money watering just to revive the damage they did all summer. Good luck if you use them.

Indepedent service is great. They are thorough and I have referred a number of customers to them that have ended up signing them up. Their service is great but I hope they reconsider their prices. Little on the higher side but their service is great.

Our Sales guy came out to look at our lawn on his off hours. Immediately saw what we needed and put a plan in place. Our old lawn company was literally fertilizing dead grass and charging us with no mention that we may have Grubs\u003e As you can see from the pictures, we are literally 4 weeks out from slit seeding and the grass looks awesome...HIGHLY recommend Independent Lawn Service. Very customer focused.
