I’m not normally one to write a review for a company, however, I feel this is needed in my opinion. I have been to this company a few times and I can honestly say they make me feel warm and welcome every time I visit, especially throughout the COVID-19. I have an elderly mother who has needed a reclining chair repaired. The staff, especially Richard and Cheryl, were more than accommodating to help in any way they could. I appreciated the country was in lockdown and resources were very limited with what they could do for us. They were able to do a video call with myself and my mother, to assess what needed to be done. Parts were ordered and once safe to visit the chair was picked up. My mother was overwhelmed with the help she received. Her beloved chair has been returned this week, all fixed and working good as new. Quick and efficient within a lockdown. Unbelievably professional, very impressed in how they dealt with the problem but also sticking with guidelines to keep everyone safe. Highly recommended.
Prepared to do warranty work, tell you that there is no cost to pay as the chair is covered under the warranty, then after work carried out they try to hit you with a labour cost, cash . When spoke to Richard he says there is a labour fee, but under the warranty contract covers parts and labour. When questioned Richard blatantly lied saying that he had been told things he hadn’t and couldn’t explain why there was no invoice of this labour fee. I refused to pay this unexpected cost. Very unprofessional company will not be using again.
We went to have a look at their vast range of mobility scooters for my friend. The female assistant was wonderful..patient..informative and we were made to feel very comfortable. Highly recommended for all your assisted living equipment
