They gave me my prescription at the end of my visit and told me I can get my glasses and contacts from where ever I choose. I came in on a Saturday morning for my first eye appointment with Independent Optical. I didn't know what to expect after having problems at other eye clinics here in the city. The women at the checkin area were kind and upbeat! Dr. Rotella was very knowledgeable and super attentive to my vision needs. I learned so much more about my eye sight and the problem I have with ocular migraines in my eye. After my appointment I was free to go check out the frames next door, and to my surprise they had the exact frames I have been searching for! I spoke with the women about what I wanted and needed with my glasses and they said no problem at all and ordered my lenses! Not even a full five days later my new glasses were ready! I am so grateful for the services I received as a brand new customer! The day I picked up my new glasses I was able to meet Chuck and he fixed my glasses up and they are just perfect! I am now a customer for life! 10 out 10 Thank You!
