Excellent experience from start to finish. Website was very easy to use, quote was competitive (slight issue with no-one calling me to make the booking but quickly resolved by Tony Graham (Commercial Director) himself), nice early start, looked after very well by Bryan at the counter and job finished early and to a high standard. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Top marks all round guys.
Fantastic service from the team at Indespension Edinburgh. Made a great job of fitting a tow bar and general advice on usage etc. A special mention also for helping me out with an emergency lightboard situation just as I was racing to catch a ferry - superb customer service - thanks!
Excellent experience. From when I first called the store to inquire about a roof box, to when I left the store with the product, the guys were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They even installed my roof box for me, which I was told is something they usually don't do. They went above and beyond!
