Called in an order was put on hold, hung up after 8 minutes. Last time was there employees acted put out. I think the place has had some type of Mgmt change or something. Wasn't like that very long ago! Had excellent service prior to all this ugliness

The owner (male) is extremely rude and needs a course on customer service being that he is a business owner. The first time I came in, I swept his attitude under the rug thinking that maybe he was having a bad day, however the second time I visited this establishment, he was rude again (it’s only when you have questions) I will not come back to the Subway in Indian Head and will however drive a further distance to another one to avoid the rudeness. For those who work on the base or live in close vicinity, if customer service is important to you do not eat here.

Every time I come to this location the lady says \hold on\ and I have to wait 5 minutes!! Every.time.
