Some serious issue has arised in my examination for ethics in banking which is highly dissapointing. 1. I have attempted the exam for a whole 1 hr and 30mins yet my estimated time has been calculated only upto 39minutes and 2 seconds. This means that my score is only calculated for the questions that I have attempted in those 39mins. The questions that I attempted in the remaining 51mins are not considered. 2. I was able to submit my answer for all 1 mark question, however, the two case studies carrying marks 14 and 10 on question no. 64 and 60, I was unable to mark any of my answer. The site was not letting me tick any of the case study answers. This has caused me immense trouble. I have taken time and effort to study and give this examination but due to such technical problems I have lost marks. All my time and efforts have gone to waste. Previously also, I have mailed you 5-6 times that I gave my examination of AML-KYC in January 2020 and scored 63marks of which I have not received my certificate till now but my voice is falling over deaf ears. This is highly unprofessional of an organization as yours. I need resolution for my problem. Help me out at the earliest.
