I personally find the Oasis Mobile Home Park a wonderful place to live within the community. The owner is a lovely person who cares about her business and the residents that live there. Her staff are professional and working hard to develop and great living environment.
I wanted to give this place Indian Springs at least a 4-star rating, but then I learned about the Oasis Trailer Park (AKA Oasis Mobile Home Park, AKA Oasis Trailer Court) from the local store and what they're doing to tenants unbelievable! ***ALERT*** I was just informed that most of the other reviews are from Park Employees, their spouses and 1- 13/14 year old boy, as follows: Janet Martin along with spouse James have worked or are working for Oasis Trailer Court - Jeri Au is the spouse of David Au, who has also been employed by Oasis Trailer Court, Melissa Beers is not only the spouse of the Park manager (Scott Beers), but has also been employed by same, Dell Heath works as a handyman for the park and Tristan Nantista is a 13-14 year old boy - how low can you sink to get 'good' reviews, using a child, or the child's name. Angela Conrad is supposedly suffering from a debilitating brain disorder/dementia, and it's highly questionable that she listed the review herself . Their actions speak louder than any words I could say or write.
Out of all the trailer park's here in indian spring's this trailer park is the only park that is clean well maintained with security 24/7 and the rent is very reasonable. Owner is very kind hearted actually cares about each tendent and their comfort in their home,we have lived in Indian Spring's for year's lived just about in each park and being a military retired family this is the best park to call home
