I lived here for 4 years and it was one of best places in Indiana. The ladies downstairs are friendly, wonderful and very helpful with any issues I had. If you want an affordable, reasonable and quiet home, - this is the place for you. They have extra security in the form of external locks on the building itself, as well as the usual deadbolt locks on your apartment door. They also have additional security guards roaming the grounds most nights. The grounds are well maintained, and parking is for residents only so there is no need to worry about finding a spot. The walls here are concrete as well, so noisy neighbors are (usually) never a burden. I think I made 2 complaints my entire stay. The biggest incentive is the rent price and newly renovated apartments though. Its hard to beat their prices! Pros: Wonderful staff Amazing value/Price Lots of Space Perfect grounds keeping Prime location next door to campus Safe Cons: A little dated Could use some additional lighting in the halls

Best place to stay in Indiana. It’s a very good worthy accommodation for students! Less than 5 minutes walk to college and more than that best people in administration office. Most of the buses ply through and it’s easy to commute everywhere if you stay here!

Renter from 2018 - 2020. Hard to beat location to campus, continual maintenance updates to units, 1 bedroom apt. layout is very usable, management is super responsive to renter's needs, and what you get is a great value! On a personal note, I ran into a serious medical problem that forced me to continue my studies online, rather than in person. The Apartment Store worked with me in allowing me to break my lease, in seeking medical attention (how many landlords would be understanding enough to even consider such a request?) Once my health situation improves, I will definitely be returning to the Apartment Store to pursue my graduate studies. I have never had a better renting experience...
