I have lived with B&L Properties for 3 years at the same property. The location of the apartment was fantastic as were the amenities. My second and third years were great, as cable and internet were included with the apartment. Melissa was always extremely helpful with any questions and issues were resolved in a timely manner. Only thing that would have made it better is if parking was included but that was difficult being the apartment was in the center of town. People sometimes give B&L a bad rap but that is mostly from people looking to party without consequences. Keep it under control and do not destroy their property you will be just fine.

Renting through B&L properties has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The location of my property is steps away from campus which is great. Everything is included in the rent which makes things so easy. If anything ever goes wrong, maintenance will be at your doorstep to fix it in a second. Great student housing!
B&L apartments are incredibly beautiful! They provide very spacious living and are equipped with their own washer and dryer. I have a fully equipped kitchen that provides it's own dish washer. This is a great place to live and come back to after a long day of classes. Not to mention, they have their own gym which is a major plus.
B & l is a great place to live. The apartment is so nice and the maintenance staff if very helpful when you need them. The driveway is always plowed and sidewalks salted which is so great! I live in an apartment with two roommates and we all have our own bathroom and bedroom which is so convenient. Would definitely recommend B & l properties they have a ton of options for whatever kinda apartment you are looking for.
B & L properties have beautiful apartments. There are many options but I personally love how close I am to campus. Close to campus short walk to class!! The maintenance staff is very timely and pleasant every time we have made a request. In my 5 bedroom apartment, 4 of us have our own sinks...a life saver for an apartment full of girls. Also, I can't say enough how much I love having a washer and dryer right in our kitchen!
