I wish I could give them negative stars.Whatever you do not, and I repeat, DO NOT rent a house/apartment from Frick Rentals. I have rented from multiple retailers in the past and they are by far the worst. I can’t believe they have any positive reviews at all. Not responsive to tenants. Secret hidden charges. They are terribly rude and will threaten you. I considered calling the BBB before and wish I had.

Frick Rentals is a fantastic rental company for anyone who wants a decent apartment on a budget with a friendly landlord who is willing to go the extra mile for her tenants. I can't speak for other renters who have left reviews, but any issues concerning my apartment have been resolved quickly and professionally. The landlord, Laura, has been honest and helpful from the get-go. The neighbors are glad to look out for you, too. Once, my roommate got a credit card sent to the wrong apartment, and my neighbors found us and dropped it off. You won't find that most other places these days! I'm moving out of town, otherwise I would definitely renew a lease with this company. 10/10 would recommend!
We rent from TJ for our business office and they are always so pleasant to deal with. The rates are fantastic, customer service is amazing, and maintenance is always prompt and friendly. Best landlords ever!
Frick Rentals bought our house from our previous landlord this past semester and thus far our landlord Laura has been nothing but generous!! We informed her about some of the problems we had, including a broken washer and dryer. Within 2 weeks we had new ones and we can now go our laundry! There was also another incident with where we were parking our cars we were no longer allowed to park there due to the owner of the lot. We informed our landlord and that same day she bought us new spots and a nearby lot so we had a place to park. They are kind and respect their tenets and make sure we have everything we need. Beats most of the prices of other renters and makes sure you're happy with your home. Thank you Frick rentals for caring about your renters!!
So far my experience with Frick Rentals has been overall pleasant. This is mt first year renting from them and I have signed a lease for next year. The landlord Laura has been able to work with use for anything we have needed. Frick also has a great set of maintenance guys!
