Hometown Auto has good prices, clean vehicles, and an honest, “no pressure” sales approach. The “service engine” light came on as I was driving the vehicle home from the lot. A quick text to Amy made me feel better. She had mentioned that her mechanic had fixed an emissions issue but had trouble clearing the light. She advised me to take it back in to get checked and that she would take care of it. Other than the light, the truck runs great. The 3 month warranty is a nice bonus, also. Vehicle shopping stresses me out, but working with Hometown Auto was a pleasant experience. When the time comes to get another vehicle, I will check with Amy again. As a side note....I had to leave my old car there over night when I picked the truck up and it snowed 6 inches that evening. When I went back the next day to get it, I found they had completely cleared my car of the snow. All I had to do was get in and start it up. They didn’t have to do that, but went out of their way to make my day a little easier.

Totally recommend Hometown Auto, we have been looking for a good used truck and found one at Hometown Auto. We found Amy as a very knowledgeable person, made us feel at ease.. and no pressure whatsoever. Her knowledge on trucks surprised us both. What was really great is she pulled up pictures of what the truck looks like underneath! Our last truck’s frame rusted out from another auto sales, so we were relieved to be able to see the underneath without crawling under the vehicle. She was great!!

If you want a quality used truck, I highly recommend this dealer. We missed out on 3 trucks we wanted and finally got one last month. They are small but that’s what we loved. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful office and very friendly, they don’t pressure you. They are transparent and don’t hide anything. Our check engine light was in for an emissions code and they showed us with their reader what it was explaining they aren’t an emissions county. They were a breath of fresh air and I am glad we waited until they got more inventory. They seem to go through it pretty fast. It’s just the 2 of them that run this place and it’s very impressive. I took a bunch of Amy’s cards to hand out and she told me to wait until she had at least a few more trucks ready! Great experience. Thanks! Dave and Jan

It is refurbished until you can be assured you're getting a completely reliable and clean vehicle. And you can get an optional 4 year warranty for a great price. They are one of a kind in the used truck business. The real deal. And yes, I bought a great truck at a great price too!
