They do a great job cutting Louie's nails and he loves picking out his own treats afterward. This time he met his brother from his actual litter after 4 years, so that was a lot of fun.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have gotten guinea pigs, fish, and hermit crabs from here. 30 day return policies if anything happens to the animals. Which I've never had to do. They got starter kits for everything they have and plenty supplies for many animals

Ny fiancé and I just went into this location to pick up chemicals for our fish tank. We decided to look at the fish section while we were there. There are TONS of dead fish in each tank sucked up to the filter and floating around at the top. One tank had about twenty dead fish in it. I am truly disgusted! I can understand a dead fish here and there but every single tank, and multiple dead ones???

I've been going here ever since I was 4. Staff are always very kind and willing to help. The animals are well taken care of and rarely die after purchase. I bought a betta fish from this location, she doesn't have fin rot or other issues that store bought fish may have. Edit: here's the doll a year later!
