I had a great experience with Indiana Rental Group! My roommates and I rented a large house at a very reasonable rate. Throughout the course of the year, we received maintenance for our sink and refrigerator in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had. I received my security deposit in full at the end of the year! I am very happy with my experience and would recommend renting from Indiana Rental Group!

I chose Indiana Rental Group on a whim to be honest. I needed somewhere to live, and the landlord sold me on the apartment I currently live in simply because it had both a front porch AND a back porch. I have not had many issues. There was one time I had a maintenance issue, and they had someone out within a reasonable time to fix what needed to be repaired. I love the washer and dryer in the apartment and the fact that my place is so spacious. Nikki, the receptionist, is incredibly kind, and Tina is very understanding. She cares about her residents very much. They both do, actually! I am graduating and have other plans coming up so I was unable to rent again from them. I would definitely recommend Indiana Rental Group to any college student looking for a place for the upcoming year. You won't regret it! )
Stairs weren't fixed the ENTIRE year until someone got hurt!! Tina is the worst person I've ever had to deal with. She's a scammer out for your money and could care less about her tenants! Response: STEPHEN is my fiancé and he is just as unhappy as I am with your services. That's all false... I'm with him right now and he's disgusted. I'm allowed to make honest reviews for services I PAID FOR. And I left TWO reviews (one here and one on facebook) and STEPHEN made this review.... not multiple.... not surprising that you did the same thing to all these other people though!! Better yet... maybe stephen SHOULD leave a review on his other account. As for payment.... I always paid on time so that's false. I didn't even know you for 8 months or live in the apartment that long. Lying on a response of a complaint only shows more about your character than makes me look bad. As well as threatening previous tenants!! I work at a law firm hunny so good luck with that!

Please don’t rent here, the level of unprofessionalism is unreal........I decided to go with another landlord. Save yourself the headache.
