During the pandemic, many of us had to be creative and flexible to make huge changes in our lives. Very stressful. One of our biggest changes was to move from where we were born and raised and "try" to buy a house before we became homeless. The parameters were rough. It had to be an all cash purchase, with not much cash; it had to be a very solid house that would not be a money pit just to bring up to living standards; and it had to be half a day (or less) driving distance back home to elderly family. It was a brutal search. We met many, many, many realtors along the way and looked too many horrible houses to count. We were not being heard or really helped. There was SO much activity in the buying market that many ignored us for more lucrative commissions. And then, we met Sheri. Not only did Sheri listen to our specific needs, but she somehow found us a few viable options to consider. She was extremely honest about possible pitfalls of any house knowing that any wrong decision would crush us. Suffice to say, we are SO thrilled with our choice and are now living with some peace in our lives. Sheri stayed with us throughout every step of the process AND even helped us connect with incredible contractors in our new area to help us with the few items we had to handle to be comfortable. I literally called/texted her for several weeks after settlement to find the perfect handyman, or furniture store, or even job search contacts, etc to avoid making mistakes. To summarize, Ms. Sheri deeply cares for people and wants them to do well and be stable. That makes ALL the difference in your buying a home (or anything else in life). PS: best endorsement of all: if we ever sell - Sheri is our first phone call.

Before even meeting with Sheri, she responded extremely quickly via text, as I said I couldn’t take calls at that time. Sheri was wonderfully personable and welcoming. She made my first-ever home tour feel comfortable and took away the nerves! She answered all of my questions easily and knowledgeably. She listened to everything I said my family needed, she remembered and she was quick to list ideas that could help meet those needs.
