I always like to go to Staples to check their office supply along with various gift items which I can give to people. Often I find very unique products especially in their clearance area which I buy for stocking stuffers and other occasions. I always got good service from the staff there. They are willing to help you if you have any questions or if you are looking for any specific products. I have bought computers, flash drives, paper for printers, and printer to from Staples. I like the quality of their products very much. Thank you.

Very helpful and informative.
You did not have the bulb for the desk lamp I bought from Staples, I need it today. Thanks to the great girls working for you they gave me a discount on a new desk lamp. Please keep the bulbs on stock.
So I went to staples in Indiana pa and bought a Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee. The best by date was 3-28-19. I opened it and took a drink. Absolutely disgusting. It had chunks in it. It was spoiled. So gross seriously.
The employees were friendly and helpful and it was also clean. I got my new laptop from staples. I give a 5 stars for Staples. I am also talking about the staples in Indiana, PA which I think doesn't matter but saying it anyways. I would recommend going to staples. They also do really care about money cause they recommend a cheaper laptop because of less storage to me because it will make the computer run faster. I went February 27th of 2018.
Normal staples. Slightly smaller selection than other stores.
Beth is amazing. Always ask for her
This complaint is in regards to the Store Manager Maria at the Staples in Indiana, PA. My mother went in on Friday February 15, 2019. A big store in a small town should consider every customer extremely important. Policies are always important but bending them to help a 60 plus woman is not a significant enough to cause drama. The story: My mother and father (76 years old) came to your store and have been customers for almost 30 years; relationships have been built to the extent of my mom calling some employees “my son/daughter”. My mom asked if an employee (my mother knows well) can put together a small corner table. The employee said he would; an additional charge was assessed and accepted. As the employee was taking the item to the back to assemble, Maria intervened and to basically say YOU ARE NOT WORTHY OF THIS EXTRA ASSISTANCE. The situation escalated to a point where my mother had to be consoled by the female employees in the restroom where they shared that Maria is mean but they are afraid to speak up. Now, in the aging town of Indiana, PA. I recommend focusing on doing what’s best for your customers. Walmart next door seems to understand that. You just lost a high school teacher (younger brother), TWO university professors (older brother and father), and a project manager (myself) from your customer base. When I spoke to Maria yesterday, she said she would apologize to my mother but REFUSED to a point where she hung up when I requested her District Managers name. I let her know that she is making this very difficult and I will ensure to escalate. With the power of social media and a few re-shares, I was able to find the district managers name in the Pittsburgh area on Linked in. I sent Tesh Desai a message detailing him the incident yesterday evening, 2/16/19. I will ensure management in the Pittsburgh area are aware of the poor misconduct Maria has presented not only to her customers, but also employees. No longer your customer.
