There is a convenient parking spot marked on the street, \For patrons of Don White's Office.\ It still has a meter, but better than searching up and down Philadelphia street for a spot. The staff was eager to be helpful, but failed to notice a glaringly important fact on a form that meant they couldn't actually process the form for me. So the money order to process the form was already filled out, and I had to hope the place I bought it from could give me a refund or something. Ugh, it turned out to be a huge waste of time. Not entirely their fault, I was told by numerous people that this office could help me get my birth certificate. No one mentioned to me that it was only possible to do that if I had been born in PA. The other people all knew that I was born in another state.
