They went above and beyond to get me a car. I came with HORRIBLE CREDIT and the bare minimum down. They still had my back. Even stayed over for me to be able to drive off! I appreciate their patience and professionalism.

Hello I would like to share with you my experience working with the wonderful car group Cars R Us. First of all they had the perfect car I was looking for in their inventory. It was a 2016 E400C Mercedes-Benz. Sounds great. but I had only one problem. I lived 2,100 miles away in Los Angeles. Plus I never purchased a car before online. But they made the experience fast, simple and easy. First I met Jessica who was nice and professional on the phone then she had introduced me to Ariel which turn out to be an amazing sales professional. He took numerous pictures of the car and place It on the service rack, So I can see the underbody and sent videos etc. I’m been in business for over 30 years so I know when I bump into a great Sales Professional. Few on words, excellent listener, springs into action. So with the non- pressured guidance of Gino the MGR, they were able to work out a terrific deal for me. Next, I made arrangements with the finance MGR Lilly who was also very kind to help and sent out the paperwork so I can fly my cousin in to pick up my beautiful car. Once my cousin arrived at the Airport, he was very impressed to find another member of the Cars R Us family ,Joey waiting outside to escort him from the airport to the dealership on time. Let me tell you, I’m no push over dealing with this unprecedented Pandemic and Protest around the country. It’s been challenging on every level to get anything done right. Furthermore, I had big concerns being in quarantine myself too with a List of military style demands ready to dish out. Honestly I was really surprised to discover they were able to follow thru on each and every one of them without fail. So I decided to give them at 5 star in my book because they delivered excellent service to me as promised and met all of my expectations. Thanks to all the staff there at Cars R Us. Aaron

The guys (Ariel and Adam) took great of our car buying needs. Ariel sent me the application online and Adam showed me options that fit into my budget. By the time we came back from our test drive, we were already approved. Excellent customer service!!!! Thanks again.

Isreal, John, Eddie, and the rest of the guys made our quick trip to look at a car a fun and easy experience. They are laid back, no pressure sales group with a more unique selection of used vehicles. I would absolutely purchase here again. We love our new family car and we got it at a great price.
