Very impressed with Hellenic Senior Living! From the moment we walked in we were treated wonderfully! Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The building is beautiful and very clean. The residents seem truly happy living here. I know my father is enjoying his time here. The staff has all been amazing! Making this kind of transition can be difficult but everyone at Hellenic made our family feel like we were part of this big family. I have no complaints or concerns. The food is even delicious! Thank you Hellenic for taking such good care of my dad! Now that my father has been there about a year I must say my biggest issue is the lack of communication!!!!! You can never just call and get someone to answer the phone. It gets very frustrating! The nursing director, Karen, has gone above and beyond to be helpful when we have needed her but when she is not there it is very obvious. Calls don't get returned as quickly or sometimes at all. Messages go unresponded to. It would even help if there were a cell phone for an office staff and one for a nursing staff while on shift. With covid we are not allowed to check on our family the way we once were able to. Communication is essential.

Do not like the fact you cannot communicate with family members

It is a beautiful facility, and Jody at the front desk is AMAZING. Nursing staff leads a lot to be desired, and theft from the staff has been an issue.
