This company gets their info from the gov. Just as you thought you are. They charge about 40.more than the state does! They do not respond when you call them on the deception and refund. What a money maker for them!!

Will cash ur check without notifying you they gave up the search for your requested records. 7 months since I sent request and 3 months since the deposited check showed up on my bank account. Absolutely no response from them by phone or by mail. Scam artists!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just called and spoke with someone who identified herself as Adrienne. I had gone through the entire process to obtain a copy of a birth certificate online and it stated verification failed. So I get charged the non-refundable verification fee and do not get the birth certificate. I call the number provided for assistance and am given another number to call. That is where \Adrienne\ came in. I explained my issue. She said to order it again. I asked, \what if it fails again? Do I call and make an appointment to come in?\ She said \No. You do as I told you.\ I said \but what if it won't go through again? Do I come in with documents?\ She said \No! You can not come into this office.\ She said if it fails I just can't get it. She was extremely rude from the first word out of her mouth. She acted like she wanted to argue. I was patient to a point and then said \The reviews about you all were right. You are nasty.\ Then she was really mad. Needless to say they REFUSE TO HELP and are horribly RUDE from the get go...and I am without the document I need and evidently have no recourse.

For state certified documents you have to pay a private company a fee greater than the total cost of the certificate with shipping. No expedite service. 35 day processing time. Some politicians brother must own the private agency.
