I was so assured that my friend was in great hands after knowing Mr Sam Carson was helping her to her plane and making sure she has proper assistance once she arrives to St Pete Clear Airport. He has such a great attitude. I give the airport five stars because of HIS service. It’s been years since my last visit to Indianapolis. I must say I was very impressed with this airport. Super clean, very easy to navigate and really great service from all vendors including rental car pick up and return. I found the live DJ playing wonderful Christmas music to be delightful. My meal at Sun King Brewery in concourse B was delightful.

Well...very easy for TSA. No problems..a breeze. Spirit was great also.....HOWDY..as the wing says. Not sure what the other wing says. Best landing ever ever...did not get thrown forward at all. It was like a bird landing...a really good flying bird...experiencened. A 10

Smoothest plane ride I been on in a long time. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. I paid for delta comfort and it was so worth it to have the extra leg room. Socially distancing and mask was in place, plane was clean and on time. I will be flying Delta from here on out.

I love the Indianapolis International Airport! It's so clean and well equipped. Easy to get checked in and through security. So open, never feels over crowded or dirty. Great job!
