The material is covered very quickly with little time to study between material. However, the knowledge that was provided will essentially be the foundation to my career. Being in the industry for 13 years, I was taught more about the craft of a specialty drink here than I ever would have in my small town. I highly recommend taking the class.
Everyone was super friendly. Had lots of fun the entire class time. Everyone here was fun, helpful and very patient. Would come here for other classes.
I’d recommend this place to anyone interested in bartending. The class goes by quickly but there is a lot of information in 2 weeks, that it may feel overwhelming. The experience was great and you become so knowledgeable on drinks and the history of alcohol. My instructor was Cliff and he was very helpful and patient with answering questions and he even shared a lot of history and stories behind alcohol. They want to make you into a great bartender and they make sure that you are by the end of the class.
Great instructors, informative and energetic! As a food service manager that employs MBS graduates, I wanted to see the curriculum first hand and was not disappointed!!
