Incredibly disappointed with my experience with MSI in Indianapolis. We ordered the Calacatta Arno after visiting the showroom in person and falling in love with the color and style around early to mid August. When the installation started in early October not only did the color look a bit off, but it appeared to be a completely different stone. The picture online still resembled our sample and when holding them next to each other we were told, "That stone dye has changed." After going back to the show room and seeing the difference in all pieces, that did not coordinate with their own website, they were unwilling to assist unless I was getting something already in their showroom. They did not have any comparable pieces and refused to attempt to source anything else. Just very frustrating after a "dye change" to firstly not be notified when it had been only two months since ordering and changing the stone that quickly and drastically is pretty unusual. But secondly to be so unwilling to try and find a solution unless it was easy for them. Their site still has an image similar to my sample, both unrecognizable to the material we received. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for materials.

Beautifully bright, clean, well laid out showroom. I really appreciated being allowed to shop without having a sales person following us around. We will probably end up buying our quartz here through one of the contractors that sent us here.
