Everybody thinks Track Group is Community Corrections. Its true they collaborate together for the State but they are not the same. TRACKS MAIN job is to put the bracelet on you and make sure a signal is active. Payment's for the device are controlled ONLINE and enforced by your C.M not Track Group! I will say this, if having issues with your device document it! Take a video or a picture. Send emails and statements . oh yes, best believe you will be adding Customer Service to you're resume after wearing that ankle bracelet.

I just want to thank all of the individuals at Track Group for their professionalism and patience throughout my process. I want to thank Cherrone George for her outstanding help and professionalism. She was very attentive and made the process as seamless as possible. I know that people go through different things but at the end of the day we all have to take responsibility. There are a lot of negative comments about this company but if you have patience and become responsible then we all move forward with our lives. Thanks Cherrone George! -HM

Was hooked up with there shadow device on a Saturday. Was called to report for maintenance Monday, Tuesday, and again Thursday. The wait time to be seen is no less then 2 hours. They can’t explain what’s wrong with the device and either change the strap, or swap the unit for another one which doesn’t do anything different then the previous one. They tell you the battery will last all day if you charge it an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening or 2 hours either morning or evening. Absolutely Not true. No matter how you charge it, your lucky if it last 6 hours. Then your at work trying to figure out how to work and keep the device charged. The system as a whole is all about . They don’t care if the device works properly and case managers at community corrections only care about as well. Best advice I can give is PAY your . Because if you don’t they will find a reason to Violate you. Good Luck
