Contractor was hired for manufactured home and garage. The workmanship is poor quality and rework rate was very high. The company was not honest and even tried to over bill elderly clients. Home was placed at the wrong elevation and garage overhang not built to approved drawing so had to be approved by engineer. We will be going after remedies that cost more time and energy. If specific details are needed we will gladly supply. This contractor should be avoided

Exceptional general contractor to work with. We hired Peter and his Indigo team to do complete site prep and custom manufactured home installation on an undeveloped property. Timely, accurate bidding, excellent follow up, honesty, and great advice are a few of the qualities that highlight Indigo Enterprises' commitment to quality. Peter will tell you up front that \they aren't the cheapest contractor out there\, but our experience was that Peter and his team covered everything, including contingencies and worst case scenarios in his bidding and planning, and consequently came in \under budget\ and turned out to be the absolute best value overall. So much so that we are working on the bidding for another project with Indigo.
