Called about a part that I NEEDED for my toilet. Greg was very helpful and had 1 left. He put it aside and I picked it up. Very simple, easy transaction and I definitely recommend and will do business with them again! Thanks BENLO!!
I had brought my rv in and told them the toilet wasnt holding water. That i had already replaced the seal and the ball valve wasnt sitting right and that it needed to be replaced. They said we will take a look and see what we can do. They replaced the seal i already replaced and gave the ball valve a tug to make it sit right and told me it was fixed. its not fixed. after 3 flushes it wont hold water. I called to let them know they didnt do what i asked and that they needed the ball valve replaced. they said they dont have one. i said well you said you would fix it not that you didnt have the part needed. he asked \well what do you want?\ I said a refund i guess and he hung up on me. Make sure they write down what you tell them and you go over their work cause they dont stand by their service. Out 60 for a part i already replaced which only cost me 20 to do myself. thanks for nothing.
