No,respect for the elderly! The 75 year gentleman I took in to be help we'll all that was said is,the phone is over there! The lady was more interested in talking to security officer than helping the elderly

This comment is not about Indio EDD location. I am upset and angry about the process of Unemployment thru online as of today. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE my daughter had to wait and sit for 11 hours to get process with ID.me. I understand it's a process but 11 HOURS, REALLY!!!! What do you guys think we are to be seating 11 hours. This is disappointing and once your in it's 7mins to get done with the call. REALLY?!?! You better pay the pain you cause her back n hip by sitting this long. Everyone reading this be AWARE!! It's RIDICULOUS!!!!!

After my wife losing work because of Covid, nobody ever answers after trying for hours and hours and hundreds of calls, website is useless, my wife has not received her unemployment payment after signing up months ago. UPDATE! My wife finally received her payment, but please communicate with people!!! UPDATE!!! Finally got her payment! Very poor communication needs to have a person answering the phone! Very stressful in tough times....
