Thank you to the team at encore automotive for the best customer service. Not my first time here, i brought my ford explorer here last year for a whole new AC replacement, still working blowing ice cold. Today i took my ford explorer to get some suspension work done. I originally went in to get my upper/lower control arms replaced, as they looked into it, they discovered a few parts needing attention. They do not push you to buy this, to buy that, they recommend things and it's up to the customer to decide what they want to do. Very clean work. You won't regret coming here. Courteous, Professional, and clean shop.

I was driving from the Bay Area to TX when my AC went out in Indio. I panicked since I was alone with a dog in the car and it was 112 outside. My son called Encore and they had me come right over. When I arrived they were waiting and took the car in the back and diagnosed it as I waited. A few minutes later they came out and informed me of the problem, and solution. Within minutes, they ordered the parts (compressor), gave me a loaner vehicle to check into a Hotel nearby, and had me up and running about 5 hours later. In addition I asked Holman to give the car a good looking over since I just paid a local mechanic to do a “road ready” inspection. Holman informed the car also needed an oil change so they did that as well. Encore followed up a few days later to make sure there were no issues with their repairs. I’m happy to report things are perfect with the AC and the car as a whole. Way to go guys!! And, thank you! I am forever grateful!
