Fiesta Ford has many friendly sales associates from the first person I spoke to on the phone, Jason, to the Internet Sales manager, Leo and the finance manager. They all made this the easiest auto purchase I’ve ever had. I negotiated over the phone, they drove it out and delivered it to me and I live over a 100 miles away! Jason delivered the car and helped me learn all the fancy features of the Lincoln Aviator. He took special time to make sure all the settings fit me properly and helped me with setting up the App on my phone so I can start my car remotely. I would highly recommend Fiesta Ford as their customer service is excellent and they really take care of their clients. This was the most stress free auto purchase I’ve ever had, especially being a woman and negotiating the deal on my own. Thank you for helping me get the vehicle of my dreams!

I helped my daughter buy a used car form Fiesta. I was told it was checked out and all the system were good. Upon getting home I noticed the oil pressure gauge was pegged at 80 psi; also when the engine was warm the car had a hard time starting. Did I mention that the car came with NO warranty. I called Fiesta the next day and told them about the issue and that I understood there was not warranty. Isaac said \bring it in\. It took and extra day until it was done because they had to order a part. Bottom line they stood buy the vehicle they sold us. They are honest and trustworthy. I would be very comfortable recommending them to anyone.
Are you friendly and straightforward. Was able to get my car with no hassle, no arguments at the price they said it would be before i drove to see the car. Sales person Jimmy was very helpful. For me it was a long drive 2 hours, but work it not to deal with normal car dealer games
