I rarely write reviews especially for brief interactions, but I felt that this one deserved it. I called in my order because as happens often, the Pizza Hut app kept crashing. Needless to say I was very annoyed, because I’ve had some previous bad experiences calling in orders and getting a “what do you want?” attitude. This time was very different, after speaking with young woman named Hailey my mood completely improved. She was very sweet, professional and courteous, Pizza Hut could use more employees like her.

As far as dining in, I always steer clear. The food is great and we'll priced but the dine-in experience is pretty underwhelming. The location is fairly old, at least it looked that way last time I went inside, but it doesn't take away from how good the pizza is. I love that they brought back the Big Dipper! The pick up process is pretty easy, they offer contactless pickup.
To who it may concern: Good morning , I never received a letter, call, text or email from this restaurant as you said it will happen. An acknowledgement would've being sufficient, but it never happened. I stopped buying pizza from you guys as I was never acknowledged. These kind of franchise owners that run your logo that have no regards to consumers needs specially under these unprecedented times is not helping your image. Customer service should be first priority at all times specially coming from a well known restaurant. This is a response from a complaint to corporate and they said that the franchise will responde.
Pizza was great we got the dinner box we sat down by 2:08 pm got our pizza with in 15 min then our wings with in 18 min not bad the manager was nice and professional aswell as the staff we eve started watching the nfl channel with the staff in their break had a good time just wat I was looking for to enjoy some lunch with my kids n relax and deal like home thank Pizza Hut in Indio!!!!
It was great i order extra pepperoni so it came out oily. So if you dont like oily dont do extra pepperoni lol. Other than that it was very good .
