It was great from the check in to check out. I needed a place to stay fast . Very convenient to everything walking distance. Bank, food whether it’s Chinese, pizza, burgers , or tacos. Grocery store. The front desk helpful to all my questions. When I did have a question she called manager/ owner and they got back promptly. Definitely will stay again . Home away from home.
What a rundown hotel. Owner's attitudes are very bad and dishonest in addtion to overall poor services. Google should remove Outdoor Pool from the amenities list, they obviously try thier best NOT to maintain the pool and jacuzzi, and prevent hotel guesses to use.
Great place at a decent price. The rooms are very spacious, the hotel is very quiet during the nights and days, very private as well. Close to restaurants and stores in a very good location. Clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend it. Also great for longer stays. I stayed for around 3 weeks and I’ve never had a problem.
The one night I stayed was amazing!! The room was nice and clean and the over all hotel was just fun and cool. I also can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is there!! Specifically this young lady Kristen who saved my life today. Left something in my room and she I’m currently making sure that I get that back into my hands! She is doing this all on her own time too! So glad that human beings like this exist. Still in shock that she’s doing all this for me. You will be in great hands when staying here. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again.
The Royal Plaza has been home to me for awhile now and I couldn't ask for a better place to call my home. The mgmt. here David and Tere are 2 of the nicest, very hard working.people I know. They really care about this place and want their guests to be comfortable during their stay. They work long hours doing what needs to be done to keep the Royal Plaza a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Thank you David and Tere for all the hard work you put into making the Royal Plaza a safe, clean place to stay,.

The nicest staff I've ever had. I was in a very tough situation and booked a room to the false date. They helped me immediately and even organised me a ride back to Los Angeles. Greets to the wonderful Lady at the Reception. Thanks again!
