I have shuttered five of my homes out here in the Coachella Valley with Sullivan’s Shutters and I would never use anyone else. They are real wood shutters of high quality. The Sullivan Family and their staff are all wonderful to deal with. They have always been punctual and done everything they said they would do. There have only been a couple of instances I needed an adjustment and they were more than happy to do it. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Shutters!!

I have purchased shutters from Sullivans for two different residences. The magnetic catch mechanism on several sets of shutters has broken more than once. I went to the factory once and they gave me a couple of magnets. There is still a problem with the quality of the magnetic catch because they continue to fail. I called the company to see if I could get some replacement magnets and was told they do not cover those but they would sell them to me. If this is the kind of customer service they provide then I will probably not purchase their product again.
Just had some shutters installed by Sullivan's. They came during the estimate and measured and they were on time. They gave me a time a few weeks later to install. Again, on time and they came out fabulous. Highly recommend them. This is our second time using Sullivan's.
The ladies in the office are great. Sullivan's makes a nice product too.
