Nothing but a whole lot of talk and no action. Very unprofessional. I was making a purchase of over 5000 and spoke to Assistant Manager Jose Lopez who talked a big story about there being no way my business would go to Lowe’s. I provided my list and heard nothing. Followed up speaking to Jennifer at the pro desk who sent me am estimate that was exactly the price found online. Then spoke to assistant manager Scott Perez who said he would take care of it. After hearing nothing again I called and was told no way to do anything with the prices. Meanwhile Lowe’s was fast to respond and provided a great discount. I tried twice to speak to Carl the general manager and both times was intercepted by Scott Perez. DO NOT waste your time. Lowe’s will now get all of my business which will likely be in excess of 10,000. I guess Home Depot does not need to compete. Go Lowe’s they will now get ALL my business for the coming decades. I will never walk into another Home Depot.
