My mother was treated in this hospital in November 2020 for urine infection, under Dr. Fazil who is very abusive person and very rude when I ask them why is the bill so big for only urine infection 6 days treatment these hypocrite Dr. Fazil used abusive language, he is not a doctor he is road side compounder who doesn't know how to deal with patient family. Other staff is good but Doctors are very worst and I urged Health ministry to cancel their medical licenses. It shouldn't happen with others.

Account department head is worst she dont even know how to talk to a patient and attenders she assumes like owner of the hospital and judge of a court. But she and the hospital going to face legal activity very soon as i have taken the whole conversation video. I even tried to talk to dr abdul moiz who is medical director but all my efforts went in vain. Need to take legal action against this and i will soon upload video of conversation of that lady.she should learn how to behave.she got all authorities from her doctors head.
