So I went today to see Dr.Baser for ENT. He was not available. His junior doctor did investigation and gave me long list of investigation. I'm having pain in my ears because of bad throat she has not checked my ears at all. I'm completely unsatisfied with this behaviour and investigation. Inspite of asking about Dr.baser she said he has also adviced same line of treatment. Rs.800 is fees of Dr.Baser and his junior also same fees no difference at all.️ Please save money and go to different doctor. Aakash hospital for ENT is not worth... Answer: Sir, I have consulted 2 doctors and its a simple case of cold. There r no covid symptoms (no bodypain, no fever, no runny nose, no breathing problem, no fatigue) I mentioned that I had very cold water and since then the throat is bad. Why the tests have to be done by Sodhani Diagnostic? I'm sorry sir, but if patient is coming to see you then you are supposed to meet patient once. Patient feels good about it because after seeing your name outside your hospital patient visits Dr.Pallavi is polite and I never questioned her. I rest my case here... You are much much older to me and moreover a DOCTOR and more intellectual. Thanks

It was a very good experience here at akash hospital. Dr. Baser is very good, helpful and told us everything about treatment. Staff and service were good and supportive. Bills and documents were done properly, so no problem faced in mediclaim.

Always ask first if Dr. Baser is going to see you after paying 800INR fees. Most of the time staff will not tell you that a Jr. Assistant doctor will write prescription for you (while you are paying hefty fees in Dr. BASER name) . I insisted that I paid for him & want to show him only but they denied. Very bad experience.

Dr. Baser is very good and clinic is very nice. Also his assistant doctor from Mumbai Dr. Pallavi is very polite and skilled. I got my ear infection and sinusitis treated here.

We had VERY BAD experience with Administration staff. Hospital is already registered under HDFC ERGO mediclaim but MR. SANJAY whose seating at reception desk and MR. VIPUL SAKSENA seating in Head Office MISS GUIDED us and refused for Cashless delivery due to which we have to pay 50,000/- on the spot. After cross checking with mediclaim company we came to know that we can do Cashless delivery but Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Vipul Saksena CHEATED us and took money on the same day. I want to tell you that you have done very wrong thing with us, please don't do with any other patient.
