I think the airport is extremely neat.. Its neither big nor small.. You have a good variety of food and a bit of shopping post security check in.. Overall I found my check in experience pleasant as well..

Beautifully designed and maintained. Surprise to see this big and huge. Sanitization to bags, shopping stores inside, and aslo shows many awards what it bagged. Al staff covered with mask. Some places distance not maintained by traveler's.

Nice arrangements for Vovid protection and precautions.On Taxi Counter charges are higher , it is better to hire a taxi from outside

Cleanliness is good. Except washrooms where paper napkins were empty. Food court people cooking with their masks off without gloves. COVID related protocol was followed with a lackadaisical attitude.

One of the most ridiculous airports I have ever seen(arrival mostly and partly departure)..completely dysfunctional at every level of customer service. The complete experience of Indore as a fabulous city takes a hit with the airport experience

This is a small airport, mostly carrying domestic passengers. The Airport & the surrounding is clean. Services are satisfactory. After the new normal (Covid-19) the authority is more strict than before.
