Below is a summary of my experience with them: I booked them to provide lunch for my house warming event and requested them to deliver food by 11:30AM to 12PM. However, on event day, they were late by almost an hour and this resulted in an embarrassing and panic situation for us as most of our guests were just waiting for the food and few of them even insisted to leave empty stomach as it was getting late. Now, coming to the food, the food delivered was indeed tasty but they missed to deliver one of the items in the menu (Pulaav) and when we informed them about it, they just refunded us Rs. 700 for the item they missed. Overall, as a customer, I expected a seamless experience but that was not the case here, I would recommend them to focus on customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
