Absolutely frauds. I paid the agency Rs 24K and the maid, who took 9k/month, left after a little over 3 months. Contrary to arrangement, the agency did not supply any replacement. The guy I was in touch with refused to take my calls. I called from another number and he sheepishly told me police had raided their office and they had gone underground. He promised to arrange another maid, which he did not. I kept messaging them, saying either arrange another maid or pay my money back.They did not reply. I burnt my fingers and wanted to pursue the case, but it's a time-consuming process and all of us are too busy to chase them like this.

This agency in the name of providing trained maid servants dumped a complete nuisance on me on July 14, 2013. The 14 year old girl (who just completed 14 in May, 2013) did not know how to perform a single household chore including jhadu-pochha and cleaning the utensils. She has earlier worked at one place for 5-6 months when she was even below 14, which can put this agency people very much behind the bars. Now on Sep 8, 2013 I finally got rid of her. Before that I once talked to them for arranging a replacement for me which by their contract they should do twice free of cost in a year. But from Sep first week till date their mobile no.s are not getting connected. So that's how they cheated me. They took a service charge of Rs 15000 upfront almost sitting on my head. I may lodge a formal complain in consumer court against this company.
