Very reasonable rates and prompt services, timely pick and drop home facility. I love their ironing and washing too. Apart from it they provides Dry cleaning at very competitive rates. Services like roll polish washing, dry cleaning, ironing are available. I wish them all success and prosperity in their business. I want to give them even 20 stars.
Hi friends this company IDL JHAATA is a completely and utterly useless company. The company is run by one my distant relatives avinash neema and shubham neema but these 2 brothers are total fraudsters. I am today telling this only because of the reasons that Luke many y'all don't be the victim of them.both of the brothers and Infaxt even their parents have been convicted by ppl and the police for a huge amount fraud they have done with a guy who is in Mumbai who trusted these cheaters and both these swine pigs cheated that guy. Don't ever use their services guy or y'all would regret it and don't be the next victim
Worst service ever, there is no accountability, once they take your clothes you can be sure if you get them back, they have just open the workshop but ZERO management have lost 3 clothes and there is no one to respond.. DONT TAKE RISK

Best laundry service in the town. On time delivery, nice and polite staff. Keep the quality work going. Best part is the packaging of the clothes when delivered. I also liked the scheme which provided .
Worst coustomer service .....never get dilivery on time ..... neither they care of their customers..... don't pick up calls......... really fed up with idl casa ...... playing monopoly game in the area.....bcz no substitute is available for professional laundering
Never got pick up on time neither delivery ..delayed upto 10 days.....really worst services regarding cucustomer pick up and drop......their employees says that who pick up clothes will only deliver wheather it takes a month or two.....dissapointed
